'Glimpses of Self-Realization'-The eight thieves of peace of mind are `RAGA`(Attachment)`DWESHA`(Aversion)`,KAMA`(Desires), `KRODHA`(Anger) `LOBHA`(Greed) `MOHA`( Delusion) `MADHA` (Arrogance) `MATSARYA`(Competition). We have to get rid of them to gain `SAHAJA SAMADHI` (PEACE-INHERENT).

 Friends !!!
A peaceful mind alone can comprehend what happiness is. With out peace of mind one can not remain happy. But our body, mind, intellect and the sense organs(ears, eyes, nose skin and tongue) hijack our inherent peace of mind through the objects of touch, taste, smell, hearing and vision. We have to with draw our sense organs from their objects and pay attention to our inherent `SELF`(I-AM ness) which is omni present and omni potent. Actually the self is manifesting outside as the external world. The other thieves of peace of mind are   `RAGA`(Attachment)`DWESHA`(Aversion)`,KAMA`(Desires), `KRODHA`(Anger) `LOBHA`(Greed) `MOHA`( Delusion) `MADHA` (Arrogance) `MATSARYA`(Competition). We have to get rid of them to gain `SAHAJA SAMADHI` (PEACE-INHERENT). The esoteric significance of the story behind Lord Krishna stealing the garments of the bathing Gopikas is related to the necessity of getting rid of raga dwesha kama krodha lobha moha mada and matsarya ( The garments of the eight Gopikas) from our minds All spiritual practices are meant only for purifying the mind . 'Self-Inquiry' and 'Self-Surrender' are the means for 'Self- Realization' and 'Sahaja Samadhi'.
